FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the method of obtaining spherical particles on a polyamide base with average diameter less than 100 mcm. The method lies in that, a dispersion of a first liquid, containing polyamide monomers, is obtained first, and then the second liquid which is inert. Further, the monomers are polymerised through poly-condensation and/or poly-addition through heating the reaction medium and heating is continued at a temperature, lower than melting temperature of the polyamide with the desired degree of polymerisation. The particles are then separated. If necessary, before separating particles, pressure in the reaction medium is lowered down to atmospheric pressure and/or the reaction medium is gradually cooled.
EFFECT: invention allows to use of moderate temperatures, which prevent possible break down of polyamide and obtain spherical particles, with satisfactory size distribution.
