FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: reposition and fixation is followed with additional introduction of medicinal agent "Essencial oil" dosed 1 capsule 2 times a day, within a month since first days of traumatic disease and further one month later within next month in effective preventive dosage. Cryotherapy is performed with cryoapplicator made of porous titanium nilelyde as roller of width 30-50 mm, diameter not less than 25 mm. Limb surface within fracture zone is preliminary covered with titanium wire grid of thickness no more than 0.1 mm and cell size no more than 0.8 mm. Scanning roller reciprocation by grid affects in direction of muscles, blood and lymphatic vessel at distance equal 2/3 limb diameters, more proximally of fracture level and not less than for 1/3 limb diameters. Within first three days 2 daily procedures are performed with an interval not less than 6 hours. Procedure duration for patient aged 3-6 years old is not less than 10 minutes for superior limb, and not less than 15 minutes for pelvic limb. Cryoprocedure duration for patient aged 7-14 years old is not less than 15 minutes for superior limb, not less than 20 minutes for pelvic limb.

EFFECT: improved microcirculation and stimulation of bone tissue reparative regeneration within fracture zone; reduced treatment time.
