FIELD: medicine; analysis of biological materials.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugated ejaculate sediment is sampled for germ and somatic cells. Cytological specimen of native germ cells are prepared and processed during one hour with 0.55-0.56% potassium chloride at temperature 37.0-37.1°C; it is followed with stabilisation in mixed methanol alcohol and glacial acetic acid with 0.1-0.2 ml chloroform added. Specimen is pipette on microscope slide. Specimen is dried out and coloured with Giemsa stain. Number of various types of somatic cells is counted and mainly germ cells on development stage: spermatogoniums, spermatocyte 1-primary in prophase 1 of meiosis, on stages of preleptotene condensation and decondensation of chromosomes, leptotenes, zygotenes, pachytenes, diplotenes, diakinesis. Gametes are counted: spermatocyte 1 and 2 number on stages of meiosis; spermatids and spermatozoids; number of mitosis and meiosis non-disjoined gametes, number of degenerating gametes. Obtained numeric data are compared as index by each stage to those of reference stage determined by examination results.

EFFECT: method application provided increased accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics, extended number of diagnosed diseases - states, as well as method invasiveness eliminates testicle trauma and risk of autoimmune complications development.
