SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to histology, and can be used in the diagnosis of spermatogenesis disorders of various etiologies, including idiopathic infertility. Method for diagnosing spermatogenesis disorders in humans by determining its cytological profile involves performing a determination of each of the VI cell associations constituting the spermatogenesis cycle, differentiated count of the number of spermatogenic cells included in each association, with respect to the amount of the suture cells of this tubule segment, comparing the results of the count with the cytological profile of spermatogenesis in the sex glands of healthy men and evaluating the results, stating the violation in the stages of formation, maturation, growth and reproduction.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in reliability and quality of diagnosis of spermatogenesis disorders at various stages.
