FIELD: nanoengineering.

SUBSTANCE: inventive method for producing a framed membrane for nanofilters and nanoreactors consists in applying a microporous metallised film, comprising at least one layer of sprayed metal wherein a microporous substrate structure is copied, to the surface of a substrate or a mesh using an ion-atom spraying technique, and then attaching a metal plate or foil to said metallised film using a diffusion bonding technique and forming therein nanopores using a technique of anode pickling of the metal.

EFFECT: technical effect from the invention consists in improving the performance, increasing the filter efficiency, reliability and service life.
