FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by blanching and mincing prunes, freezing and mincing fresh green peas, parsley and dill, cutting and mincing meat, mincing eel fillet, mixing the listed ingredients with bone broth, sugar, salt and CO2-extracts of black bitter pepper and pyrolytic wood, packing the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
