FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: prunes are blanched and minced, fresh green peas, parsley and dill are frozen and minced. Smoked meat is cut and minced, eel fillet is minced. The above ingredients are mixed with bone broth, sugar, salt and CO2-extract of black pepper. The obtained mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
