SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of snack preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by cutting and blanching of tomatoes, blanching and grating of celery root, garden radishes and apples, cutting and freezing of lettuce and green onions, cutting of skin-free fillet of smoked lancet fish, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with vegetable oil, acetic acid, sugar, table salt and calcium acetate, packing of prepared mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
