FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of snack preserved food. Tomatoes are cut and blanched. Celery root, radishes and apples are blanched and grated. Lettuce and green onions are cut and frozen. Skin-free fillet of sea bass are cut. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with vegetable oil, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate and CO2-extract of pyrolysis timber. Prepared mixture is packed with mayonnaise, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
