SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of snack preserved food production. Tomatoes are cut and blanched. Apples, radishes and celery root are blanched and grated. Lettuce and green onions are cut and frozen. Skin-free lancet fish fillet is cut. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with vegetable oil, acetic acid, sugar, table salt and calcium acetate. Prepared mixture is packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
