FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the utilisation of second converted products of apatite during manufacture of phosphoric fertilizers, in particular sodium fluosilicate Na2SiF6, obtaining silicon tetrafluoride SiF4 and fluoride of sodium NaF. The method includes loading of sodium silicofluoride in a reactor and thermolysis with the subsequent outlet and condensation in cylinders-condensers of a gaseous product of decomposition - silicon tetrafluoride, sampling of the analysis and the unloading from the reactor of the allocated fluoride of sodium. According to the invention cylinders-condensers preliminary fill with blowing-off gas under superfluous pressure and vacuumed together with pipelines. The first portion of silicon tetrafluoride is subjected to neutralisation and before the condensation preliminarily deeply cooled by liquid nitrogen. After the termination of process thermolysis the isolated fluoride of sodium, before the unloading from the reactor, is additionally cleaned from tetrafluoride of silicon by blowing-off gas. The tests of gas with tetrafluoride of silicon, earlier selected to the analysis, condense in an auxiliary cylinder-condenser separately from the remaining mass of tetrafluoride of silicon. Devices according to the invention in addition contain functionally connected among themselves one or more reactors, one or more auxiliary cylinders-condensers, system of preparation of cylinders-condensers auxiliary and the basic, heat exchangers preliminary cooling tetrafluoride of silicon, heat exchanger deep cooling tetrafluoride of silicon, samplers, bypass line, a heat exchanger-cooler established on the pipeline of tap of blowing-off gases from a reactor.

EFFECT: decrease in expenses and increase of productivity.
