FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: superconductive layer is formed on base layer by film depositing repeatedly, at least three times, at that thickness of superconductive film formed during each film depositing is 0.3 micron or less. In this case even when thickness of superconductive layer is increased, decrease of critical current density JC is suppressed and as a result critical current IC cam be increased.
EFFECT: increase of superconductor critical current.
