FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly radiopharmaceutical medications (RPM) and can be applied in diagnostics of digestive system (liver) diseases, such as hepatitis, hepatoses, cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, by expired air analysis. The invention concerns radiopharmaceutical composition (RPM) including carbon-14 radionuclide carrier and solid inert carrier i.e. water-free pyro sodium phosphate encased in solid gelatin capsule No4. Carbon-14 radionuclide carrier is aqueous phenylalanine solution. RPM contains aqueous phenylalanine solution labeled with carbon-14 radionuclide at the concentration of 0.00123-0.0074 MBq/mcl and radioactivity of 31.45-42.55 kBq. The claimed composition is simple in application and production and cost-effective, and eliminates negative influence of radioisotope carrier on the patient's oral cavity.
EFFECT: obtaining medication for diagnostics of digestive system diseases, ensuring high accuracy and meeting contemporary safety requirements.
