FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes tempering of moulds, filling of ceramic moulds with support filler, filling of ceramic moulds with metal melt and its hardening in moulds under pressure. After tempering moulds are cooled down to 150 - 300°C and filled with support filler in container. Filling of ceramic moulds is carried out with liquid-solid melt that contains centers of crystallisation. Mould is filled with melt that has temperature below liquidus temperature, but not below temperature of zero castability. Mould is filled with melt of pure metals, which is modified with low additions of refractory modifiers of II kind.
EFFECT: increase of ingot properties and reduction of power intensity of their manufacturing process.
