FIELD: chemistry, organic.

SUBSTANCE: appropriate ingredients, for instance some types of aromatisers in liquid or hard state are introduced into alcohol or water, or both components, and after necessary exposure one or both components together with dissolved in them. Ingredients are heated until they are transferred fully or party into autonomous vapour phases. Then formed vapour phases and existing liquid phases of components are directed in form of flows into mixer. In process of displacement formed vapours partly or fully condense, in case of their incomplete condensation, resulting product is supplied to condenser, where vapours are finally condensed, and after sensor of composition and strength control, resulting product in form of condensate is removed according to its technological purpose.

EFFECT: increasing evenness of composition of ingredients and vodka strength throughout its volume.
