FIELD: chemistry, organic.

SUBSTANCE: alcohol and water respectively are supplied to tanks and heated to their turning into autonomous vapour phases. Then all operating contour is blown with vapour phase with simultaneous removal of air and other non-condensing gases from it, after which formed phases are directed into mixer as flows. Then vapour mixture is directed to condenser, where vapours are condensed and mixture condensate is removed according to its technological purpose. In case mixture strength deviates from required value, it is corrected by changing flow rate of vapour phase of one of components on proper value. Mixture with other strength value can be introduced into condensate in order to correct strength of final product.

EFFECT: increase of evenness of mixture strength of alcohol-containing mixture throughout its volume.
