FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood is sampled from the patient's inferior concha to produce serum a sample of which is examined for proliferation marker detection by regional dehydration in an analytic cell. If observing the amplified proliferation marker in the form of a parallel line cascade, the need for preventive corticosteroid therapy for min. two months is stated. If the attenuated proliferation marker is observed in the form of small areas of parallel dash-lines, the need for preventive therapy of corticosteroids within one month is stated. No proliferation marker observed provides the preparation to be withdrawn.
EFFECT: use of the method enables the reliable detection of the length of the preventive therapy of corticosteroids in the patients with polypous rhinosinusitis.
