SUBSTANCE: blanketing-off rubber-cord device for pipeline covering includes sealing elastic cylindrical chamber with end walls one of which is equipped with pipe connection located along chamber axis and passing inside sealing elastic cylindrical chamber into annular disc enveloping sealing elastic cylindrical chamber, power frame and covering layer arranged on power frame. End walls are spherical, sunken relative to edges of cylindrical surface and form annular axial crimps together with cylindrical surface. Convex side of end spherical walls faces inner side of blanking-off rubber-cord device.

EFFECT: creation of the device which tightly covers the pipeline with minimum power losses and prevents the leakage from covered pipeline filled with fluid or other medium with increased pressure.
