FIELD: physics, nuclear physics.
SUBSTANCE: laser stand device including laser, light guide and isotope cartridge holder is used in production section of radionuclide-producing nuclear station for obtaining unlocked plasma start targets in production of target radio nuclides by radiation in neutral of charged particle flow for start material to ionised state. Isotope cartridge containing solid start material is sealed by mounting of focusing lens. Vacuum pumping of internal isotope cartridge volume is performed to achieve underpressure of 10-2-10-5 Hg mm, with further cartringe mounting in holder; laser, light guide and isotope cartridge are adjusted; start material is exposed to laser beam radiation for estimated time defined by full transition of material under radiation to ionised state, followed by isotope cartridge transfer to radiation in radiation reservoir of radio nuclide producing nuclear station.
EFFECT: obtaining radioactive nuclides with extreme high specific activity.
