FIELD: medicine, laboratory methods of research.

SUBSTANCE: define biochemical indicators of blood at sick of a chronic virus hepatitis C: triglycerides, lipoproteins of low density, a thymol turbidity test, apolipoprotein B. On the obtained indicators calculate value of discriminant function using the formula: DF=1.298·x1+3.717·x2+0.954·x3+6.776·x4, where x1 - triglycerides, mmol/l; x2 - lipoproteins of low density, mmol/l; x3 - a thymol turbidity test, units; x4 - apolipoprotein B, g/l. On the obtained value with the help nomographic chart establish probability of presence of a cholesterosis of a gall bladder.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of revealing of cholesterosis of gall bladder at sick of chronic virus hepatitis C.
