FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: specific supplement is introduced into feeding and water. Supplement is represented with strain culture E. Coli VL-613 "ВКПМ" B-3423 grown on feeding medium using Khottinger digest with the addition of yeast extract and mineral salts within temperature range 25°C-37°C during 6-12 hours until live microbe cells are contained in the amount of 5*10⁹-32*10⁹ in 1 ml based on daily injection of 100-300 mln of live E. Coli VL-613 "ВКПМ" B-3423 cells into one head. Produced biomass is mixed up with fine zeolite pre-sterilized at about 180°C temperature with further drying at 37-43°C in thermostat by contact-convectional method during 22-24 hours, or it is bottled with further sublimation drying using traditional modes.

EFFECT: method allows increasing broiler chicken energy and feeding conversion as well as muscle weight of broiler chicken.
