SUBSTANCE: device contains roller electrodes, rotation drive, mechanism for electrodes pressing to the part and mechanism of its displacement, welding transformer, hopper for powder with two output channels. Secondary winding of transformer is made with the possibility of connection to roller electrodes. Ends of output channels are equipped with electromagnet coils, in circuit of which current source is available, alternating resistor and relay that is connected parallel to the secondary winding of transformer.

EFFECT: reduction of ferromagnetic powder losses, increase of welding quality due to stabilization of powder material deformation conditions.
