FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to restore worn and strengthen working surfaces of parts, such as bodies of revolution. Roller electrodes 2 are connected to welding transformer 3. Bin 4 for ferromagnetic powder 5 is connected with two output channels 6. Permanent magnet 7 is secured at the end of each output channel to receive ferromagnetic powder fed in welding zone of part1 on its surface in pause between welding current pulses.
EFFECT: continuous welding of ferromagnetic powder to part surface, reduced loss of ferromagnetic powder.
