FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises contact roller, workhead drive, electrode application device, electrode moving device, welding transformer and batching bin, electric solenoids with variable resistor in their circuit. Secondary winding of transformer can be connected to electrode and processed part. Electric solenoids are installed at both sides of workhead drive-processed part contact area. Solenoid cores butt-ends are directed to outlet hole of batching bin while equivalent force of all magnetic and gravity sources acting on ferromagnetic particle is directed into electric resistance welding area.
EFFECT: ferromagnetic powder preset quantity welding irrespectively to electric resistance welding modes and more steady feed of ferromagnetic powder is provided.
