FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: first composition of the chewing gum base has the following mass content, %: elastomers 9-16, emulsifiers and/or technological subsidiary substances 25-30, auxiliary agents 15-22, terpene gums 24-28, colophony ethers 9-13, antioxidants 0-2. The second composition of the chewing gum base has the following mass content, %: elastomers 8-14, emulsifiers and/or technological subsidiary substances 18-25, auxiliary agents 32-40, terpene gums18-24, colophony ethers 8-12, antioxidants 0-2. The compositions don't contain polyvinylacetate. Emulsifiers and/or technological subsidiary substances are chosen from glycerinemonostearate, acetylated monoglyceride, hydrogenated vegetable oils, lecithin, triacetin or their combination. Auxiliary agents are chosen from calcium carbonate, talc or magnesium carbonate, tribasic calcium phosphate or their combination. One more object of the invention is the chewing gum, including chewing gum base composition.
EFFECT: can be used for manufacturing of the chewing gum with good sensory characteristics and good flavourant release in combination with the lack of adherence to firm surfaces.
