FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: stents are implanted into human body with the purpose of maintenance of lumens diameter of internal tubular organs such as blood vessels. The extending flexible stent contains a lot of ring-shaped segments capable to extend in the radial direction (7), installed in longitudinal direction of a stent and one or more connecting elements (8) for bond of adjacent ring-shaped segments. Each of specified ring-shaped segments (7) contains a lot of undulating elements (71) located in the circle direction. Undulating elements (71) include M-shaped elements (71a) and return M-shaped elements (7 lb) which are alternately connected to each other in the ring-shaped segment direction with formation of a repeating undulating structure. Each M-shaped element is made of two cristarum elements having amplitude (L2) and one plantar element, located between the specified cristarum elements and having amplitude (L1). Each return M-shaped an element (71b) is made of two plantar elements having amplitude (L2) and one cristarum element located between two plantar elements and having amplitude (L1). The amplitude (L1) of one plantar element of M-shaped element (71b) and amplitude (L1) of one cristarum element of return M-shaped element (71b) amounts within the limits from 1:2 up to 7:8 amplitudes (L2) of two cristarum elements of M-shaped element (71a) and two plantar elements of return M-shaped elements (71b). Two connected ring-shaped segments (7) are bridged by one or more connecting elements (8) which provide bond between a crest (711) of cristarum element of return M-shaped elements (71b) of one ring-shaped segment (7) and the nearest planta of(712) plantar elements of another ring-shaped segment (7).
EFFECT: ease of introduction due to sufficient flexibility of stent and exception of vessel during stent introduction.
