FIELD: construction, pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to pipeline transport and is employed for pipelines shut-off during repairing works. Device consists of flange 1, dull turning insert 2, its axis 3, clamp bolts 4, plug 5 with external threading with resting on it screw nut 6 with driven wheel and flexible flange ring 7 holed for the clamp bolts. Flange ring is connected with a screw nut by a semicircle frontal creeper 8 incoming into the circle groove of the screw nut. Besides, flange ring is connected with a plug by shape finger 9, cylindrical section whereof is pressed-in from the inside into the radial opening of the flange ring, and cleaved head is placed axially moving into a longitudinal groove of the plug.
