FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of flange 1, of movable flange 2, gland seal 3 attached to external side of movable flange, of swinging bracket 4 equipped with insertion 5 for shut down and insertion 6 for passage of transported medium flow. Erection pins 7, 8 and 9 are installed in bosses of the flanges parallel to the pipeline. Erection pin 7 is secured in boss 10 on cylinder surface and rotates around its own axis. Erection pin 8 is secured in boss 11 and rotates in plane of radial section of the pipeline. Opposite sides of pins 7, 8 and erection pin 9 enter threaded connections with nuts 12. The latter are secured in bosses 13 with spherical bearings 14. Under operation mode flanges 1, 2 and one of insertions are tightened with pins 16 and nuts 17, while the seal gland is tightened with bolts 18. In a version of the invention swinging bracket 4 is installed on erection pin 7 with sleeve nut 15 with a pitch less, than pitch of threaded connections of erection pins with nuts 12. In the third version of the invention the device has a flange movable along axis of the pipeline; on external end of the flange there is arranged a gland seal.

EFFECT: elimination of warps of threaded connections, reduced labour input at shutting down and elimination of harmful deformations of pipeline.
