FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of stationary flange, of movable flange, of gland seal attached to external side of movable flange, of swinging bracket equipped with insertion for shut down and insertion for passage of transported medium flow. Erection pins pulling flanges together and apart are installed in bosses of flanges parallel to the pipeline. In a working condition the flanges and one of the insertions are tightened with pins and nuts, while the gland seal is tightened with bolts.

EFFECT: elimination of warps of threaded connections, reduced labour input of shutting down and elimination of harmful deformations of pipeline.
