FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame made of flanges secured to the flanges with bolts, seal mounted inside the frame, and traverses. The seal has housing, bushing to be sealed, stuffing, and lid. One of the traverses is provided with rotatable cantilever having inserts made of solid and ring sealing disks. In order to cut off the pipeline, the studs are dismounted, the seal is shifted along the bushing, and the solid disk is set between the seal and flange. The studs are then mounted, and the housing of the seal and the flange are clamped through the solid disk.
