SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an image signal former. The result is achieved due to that an image element 200 comprises a concealed photodiode 111, an amplifying transistor 114 and a transmitting transistor 112. The transmitting transistor 112 transmits a charge obtained via photoelectric conversion by the photodiode 111 to the gate of the amplifying transistor 114. The amplifying transistor 114 forms a source repeater circuit, the input of which is the gate of the amplifying transistor 114, and the output is the source region. The amplifying transistor 114 is formed in a second semiconductor substrate 206, at least electrically insulated from a first semiconductor substrate 202, in which the concealed photodiode and the transmitting transistor are formed. The substrate of the amplifying transistor is connected to the source of the amplifying transistor.
EFFECT: reducing the effective gate capacitance of the amplifying transistor without changing the area of the gate for significant reduction of total spurious capacitance.
