FIELD: measurement technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as medical diagnostic device, device for nondestructive control, analysis device using emission etc. Device for emission detection according to the invention includes: pixels including switching elements located on insulating base and converting elements located on switching elements for converting emission in electric signal, herewith, switching elements and converting elements are interconnected, pixels form two-dimensional matrix. The device as per invention also contains gate wiring usually connected with multiple switching elements positioned in direction of lines on insulating base; signal wiring usually connected with multiple switching elements positioned in direction of columns; and multiple insulting films accommodated between switching elements and converting elements. Herewith, at least one of gate wirings and signal wirings is positioned so that it is between multiple insulating films. Also devices for emission image generation are suggested.

EFFECT: increase in sensitivity and decrease in noises by means of reduction of parasitic capacitance between signal wiring and gate wiring.
