SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by spring onions cutting and freezing, pickled cucumbers cutting, mixing of said ingredients under oxygen-free conditions with "Yuzhny" sauce, salt, calcium ascorbate, hot black pepper and bay leaves, rabbit meat cutting, packing of rabbit meat, obtained mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this invention allows to manufacture new canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
