SUBSTANCE: offered group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The method includes realisation of extracapsular extraction of a cataract, back capsulotomia in an optical zone, introduction of an irrigational cannula in the forward chamber, excision of silicon oil from the vitreal cavity at the expense of hydrodynamic pressure entered through a corneal cut and defect of a back capsule of a lens of an irrigational liquid. After a cataract ex-traction into the forward chamber of an eye implant the device executed in the form of the closed ring which external diameter makes 5 mm, and internal 4 mm, with haptic elements in the form of two Z-shaped handles rejected from a plane of a ring on 10°. Have the device in the forward chamber so that handles have been turned to a cornea and located on 3 and 9 hours. The device is fixed in an angle of the forward chamber, back capsulotomia is spent within internal diameter of a ring of the device, and an irrigational cannula have over the device.
EFFECT: invention use provides maintenance of constant depth of the forward chamber, bracing of an iris of the eye on all surface, depression of risk of damage of a corneal endothelium and spontaneous rupture of a back capsule.
