SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmosurgery and is intended to prevent reflux of silicon oil into anterior chamber in process of cataract extraction on eyes after endovitreal operations with silicon oil tamponade. Corneal cut is arranged with length of 8-10 mm. Front capsule of crystalline lens is opened with horizontal cut with length of 7-9 mm, hydrodissection is carried out. After removal of crystalline lens core and aspiration of crystalline lens masses, intracapsular ring is implanted into capsule bag.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to remove core of crystalline lens and to aspirate crystalline lens masses without significant pressure at ligamentous apparatus of crystalline lens, which preserves its integrity and prevents reflux of silicon oil, to develop optimal space in capsule bag for implantation of intracapsular ring, to reduce pressure at capsule bag, which provides for integrity of diaphragm between front and back section of eye, which prevents reflux of silicon oil.
