FIELD: food products; confectionery goods.

SUBSTANCE: production method of sugar free cover of cores of chewing gum includes production of core, cover syrup, which contains one or more sweetener contents, sugar free, and also powder mixture production. Powder mixture consists of 40-80% of filler and 20-60% of bulk sweetener, chosen from a group which includes maltitol, hydrogenated izomaltuloza, laktit, sorbit and their mixtures. The cores are covered with layers of cover syrup, and also layers of powder mixture. The second method which is the other object of invention includes preparation of cores, cover syrup containing maltitol and powder mixture preparation. Powder mixture consists of 45-55% of maltitol and 45-55% of calcium carbonate. The cores are covered with layers of cover syrup, and also layers of powder mixture.

EFFECT: crispy cover is produced, with advanced corner strength, with smooth surface, flat colour, core is of constant shape, time of cover applying is reduced, storage time is prolonged.
