FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: basis of a chewing-gum contains polyisobutylene and filler, not containing silicon dioxide, approximately to 3% from basis weight. The molecular weight polyisobutylene makes from 200000 to 600000 dhal. The basis also can include amorphous silicon dioxide and polyvinyl acetate with low molecular weight. The chewing-gum can also contain powdered lecithin, and flavouring material received by spray drying (unessentially).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to raise hydrophilism and to lower plastifying of a basis of a chewing-gum and to receive the chewing-gum easier deleted from surrounding surfaces under the moisture influence.
