SUBSTANCE: method includes coating obtainment by application of calcium, magnesium, strontium, barium compounds or their mixes onto internal and/or external surface of side walls and bottom of quartz crucible heated in advance, with further thermal processing. Coating is formed using solutions of suspensions of calcium, magnesium, strontium, barium compounds or their mixes containing surfactants based on ethylene oxide. Before thermal processing microwave processing is implemented, and thermal processing is performed by heating at temperature under 600°C. Preferred microwave emission frequency is 800 to 1500 MHz for 20-30 minutes, while thermal processing is performed for 30-60 minutes.

EFFECT: prolonged life time of crucible.
