The method of making a solar cell with Schottky's barrier involves precipitation on the conducting surface or any surface with a conducting layer of the base layer of semiconductor material, re-crystallisation of the mentioned semiconductor material of the mentioned base layer to increase the average size of the grain, precipitation of the active layer of semiconductor material above the mentioned base layer and formation above the mentioned active layer an outer layer. The outer layer comprises an array of small-sized conductor clusters (or threads), each of which is in electric contact with the mentioned active layer and insulated from each other by a transparent dielectric material, and above it there is a multilayered periodic structure of alternating layers metal/oxide.
EFFECT: making solar cells with high efficiency and thermal stability.
