FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery . A portable X-ray apparatus on a heart in a frontal projection is focused in experiment. A pouch is applied on an aortic root. An assisted circulation is combined with clamping an aorta below an aortic cannula and above the pouch. A radiopaque substance 20 ml flowing at 4-5 ml/sec is introduced in the aortic root. While introducing the last millilitres of the radiopaque substance, a target X-ray image of the heart is formed. Thereafter, the aortic clamp is removed. After the image been developed, the presence of occlusive stenotic coronary artery involvements is assessed, and the following care approach is selected.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides the emergency intraoperative assessment of coronary artery patency.
