FIELD: genetic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of genetic engineering and can be used for detection of D-aminoacids in complex samples and in processes of enzymatic synthesis of optically active substances, alpha-ketoacids, cephalosporin antibiotics and other organic compounds with application of oxydases. Versions of mutant D-aminoacid oxydase differ from D-aminoacids from yeasts Trigonopsis variabilis by aminoacid residue in position 108 of aminoacid sequence and possess changed substrate specificity in comparison with wild type enzyme.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to modify line of D-aminoacids which can serve as substrate for D-aminoacid oxydases in reactions of enzymatic oxidation of said compounds.
