FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: hardening device contains a hollow external tube, a cannula, an internal needle with the handle of rotation and has on distal, in relation to the surgeon, the working extremity fixing wire. The wire is laid by coils on an internal needle, has fastening points on the distal extremity of an external tube and there passes through an aperture in the distal extremity of an internal needle with a diametre larger, than diametre of a fixing wire. Movement of an internal needle concerning an external tube is provided by means of longitudinal forward and rotary movements of the handle of rotation. The handle is rigidly fixed on the proximal extremity of an internal needle. The case is in addition entered into the device with rigidly attached to it on a distal part an external tube, a cannula fixed on the case under an angle of 90 degrees, with the lock screw screwed in it. The lock screw provides bracing of an internal needle concerning an external tube with executed on a proximal part of the case ring elliptic groove for device removal between an index and a long finger of the surgeon in the course of supply and sampling of a hardening substance and a contained neoplasm by a syringe. The syringe is connected to a cannula on a backlash between an external hollow tube and an internal needle. On a proximal part of an internal needle the running screw is executed. The running screw provides moving of a hermetic sealing nut for a lining clip on its carving to a case end face.

EFFECT: creation of a convenient hardening device, capable to increase surgical intervention efficiency.
