FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method provides for packing of pre-processed paprika in jars SKO 1-82-2000. Jars with paprika are filled with hot water for 2-3 minutes with following exchange of water for solution at 97°C sealing, sterilisation in autoclave with following continuation of cooling in other autoclave or container.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce thermal treatment duration and enhance treatment uniformity.
