FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device contains fixed base, mobile casing, installed in casing bearings shaft with located on it helical spring and resilient member, installed between body and basis. Shaft axis is located on-the-mitre to longitudinal axis of blank. Shaft is implemented with ability of rotation relative to its axis at contact friction with blank. Helical spring is manufactured from pipe, allows coils of different external diametre. Helical spring is installed on shaft by means of damp bush with formation by vertexes of outside surfaces of spring coils of hyperboloid of revolution. For feeding of cooling mixture there are implemented hollows on external surfaces of spring coils, openings on inner surfaces of spring coils, radial openings in shaft and connected to it blind central hole from one butt of shaft. Radial openings in shaft coincide with openings, implemented on inner surfaces of spring coils. Hollows on external surfaces of spring coil are connected to opening of pipe, from which it is manufactured helical spring.
EFFECT: there are expanded manufacturing capability, increased surface hardness, it is improved productivity, reduced cost price.
