SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and may be used as functional unit of various devices of analog signal amplification, in structure of analog microcircuit chips of different functional purpose (for instance, operational amplifiers (OA), voltage stabilisers, comparators). Current mirror comprises input current repeater (1), having input (2), main output (3) and common output (4), input transistor (5) of output emitter repeater, base of which is connected to main output (3) of input current repeater. Circuit also includes scaling current repeater (6), input (7) of which is connected to common output (4) of input current repeater (1), and output (8) is connected to emitter of input transistor (5) of output emitter repeater.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of current mirror transfer by current, reduced voltage of zero shift, improved coefficient of input cophased signal weakening.
