SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free beverage contains per 100 dhal of end beverage 8.3-8.9 kg of sugar-containing component, 0.76-0.82 kg of edible acid, 5.9-6.2 litres of liquid carbon dioxide, 24-32 kg of concentrated base. Beverage also contains 29.0-35.0 kg of rosehips syrup, 4.9-5.5 kg of brown dying agent, 0.176-0.180 kg of natrium benzoate, 0.184-0.220 kg of potassium sorbate, water makes the rest. Vegetable raw materials ratio in concentrated contains following ingredients, in wt % 60.0-75.0 rosehips, 8.0-12.0 eleuterococcus roots, 8.0-12.0, caravan leaves, 6.0-10.0 spearmint leaves and 3.0-6.0 wormwood leaves.
EFFECT: alcohol-free beverage has balanced tender aroma bouquet and wild flowers smell, beverage has preventive properties.
