FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: dry mixture for preparation of alcohol-free and alcoholic beverages contains 35-65 wt % eleuterococcus roots, 15-20 wt % haw berries, 5-20 wt % nettle leaves and 15-25 wt % rosehips. This allows to obtain beverages with aroma combining aroma of dried mushrooms and very light chocolate overtone and refreshing taste combining chocolate butter taste and light nut overtone.
EFFECT: beverages can be used as preventive measures of diabetes, reduced blood cholesterol level, elimination of heavy metal salts.
