FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: dry mixture for preparation of alcohol-free and alcoholic beverages contains 8-12 wt % eleuterococcus roots, 8-12 wt % caravan leaves, 6-10 wt % peppermint leaves, 60-75 wt % rosehips and 3-6 wt % wormwood leaves. This allows to produce beverages with aroma recalling plum aroma with light chocolate tone, slightly astringent with insignificant slightly noticeable pleasant bitterness.
EFFECT: produced beverage can be used as preventive measure of allergy, disbolism and flu; those beverages also enable reduced blood cholesterol and sugar level, improvement of hearing and acuity of vision; they also reduce "acceptability" of tumour cells and number of tumour metastasis into other cells.
