FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: dry mixture for preparation of alcohol-free and alcoholic beverages contains 53-70 wt % snowball tree berries, 9-15 wt % magnolia-vine, 9-15 wt % magnolia-vine shoots and 12-17 wt % marjoram leaves. This allows to obtain beverages with tender, exciting and very pleasant aroma with bright dried fruits overtone (mostly pears). Beverages also have astringent taste with tar aftertaste overtone.
EFFECT: beverages can be used as preventive measures, namely to eliminate heavy metals and can serve as oncological diseases preventive measures.
