FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for mincing of seaweed. After that obtained mixture is double hydrolisated. First acid hydrolysis is performed at 0.1H by salty acid solution at 20°C, the mass is washed with water till pH 3-4. After that alkaline hydrolysis is performed at 1H by natrium dioxide solution till pH 8-10 and mass is kept 1-2 hours at 20°C. After that obtained mass is mixed with sugar in ratio 1:1-1:0.5 respectively and warmed at 100-110°C during 60-75 minute. 10% solution of citric acid and flavouring additives are added in quantity 10% to mince weight.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain food product out of seaweed with high content of micro and macroelements including iodine, vitamins of A, B and C groups and organic substances - alginic acid, mannitol.
